1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading or using the Ride Intercom app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These terms are between you and Riderline Technologies.

2. The service

Ride Intercom provides real-time push-to-talk group voice communication for cyclists and motorcyclists. The service is provided free of charge during the current launch phase.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Ride Intercom to:

  • Transmit unlawful, harassing, or abusive content.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or its servers.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract source code from the app.
  • Use the service in a way that endangers yourself or others while operating a vehicle.

4. Safety disclaimer

Ride Intercom is designed to be used hands-free with screen off. However, you are solely responsible for your own safety while riding. Do not interact with the app visually while in motion. Always comply with local road safety laws. We are not liable for any accident or injury arising from use of the app while riding.

5. Availability and changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for material changes, including any introduction of paid tiers.

6. Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, and software in the Ride Intercom app and website are the property of Riderline Technologies. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the service without our written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Riderline Technologies is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, network interruption, or personal injury.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
